AutoWORK is the core of our solution for automated AutoCAD data conversion and editing. It enables continuous opening, editing, and closing of AutoCAD drawings in an ongoing process—reliable, stable, and crash-proof. Even in the event of a complete CAD crash, the process is monitored and automatically restarted to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Typical conversions include common DWG and DXF versions, as well as the output of print files in TIFF or PDF formats. Additionally, complex content adjustments can be made to drawings, such as replacing colors, layers, and line styles, or editing any object properties. This allows typical customer conversions to be implemented quickly and efficiently.

AutoWORK can also perform complex changes to drawings, such as title block change  or translations. This enables flexible and efficient editing that meets even the most demanding requirements.

Various conversions can be easily created in the frontend, with the associated parameters freely configurable. Whether free text, predefined value lists, date fields, or file names – everything can be customized. The frontend dynamically adjusts during operation, ensuring that conversions always meet the specific requirements.

WorkManager extends these functionalities for larger enterprise environments. With WorkManager, users without their own CAD system can assemble data and send it to central conversion servers. Depending on the process, the data is either returned or forwarded according to the configuration, optimizing the entire distribution and editing process within the company.
